This year, we were honored to brew the official garlic beer for the world-famous Gilroy Garlic Festival—and it was a huge hit! Our limited-edition Stink’n Rose Garlic West Coast IPA sold out in record time, with festival-goers lining up early on Friday morning. By 10 a.m. on Saturday, every can was gone. In fact, the festival organizers came back and bought the rest of our supply to keep the celebration flowing.

We scaled back the garlic from previous years, creating a beer that’s crisp, clean, and refreshing, with subtle notes of garlic layered over classic West Coast IPA flavors of citrus, pine, and dank hoppiness. The result? A beer that’s bold yet balanced, and the perfect pairing for anything garlic.

The 2025 Gilroy Garlic Festival itself was a massive success, selling out 9,000 tickets in just 20 minutes. We can’t wait to brew an even bigger batch for next year’s festival to keep up with the incredible demand.
